I have helped people brainstorm their business, scopes and the possibilities of their ideas. One common thing that I find is they don’t seem to be ready, because they have no idea how to get started. Some fear of being underprepared and of no experience whereas some makes big starting plans like having a really great setup, working people, latest resources etcetera.

Having big plans is not bad but I have found people rarely started. The only thing that saves their big plans is a small plan of getting started. Thinking of an elephant gets people overwhelm so they have to have a piecemeal to eat it entirely. The only way to get started is to execute a small plan to keep the momentum going. As I have heard somewhere, in order to reach to the biggest dominos, we need to start from the smallest one. Big is just an outcome of starting & continuing. Therefore, the one and only way to make a big business is simple and straightforward; all we have is to start and to start small.
