Appreciation over complaints & complains

thank you

Oh shit! I am pretty sure you have not got what you are chasing in life. There is something you want to have right now. How do I know this? It is because we are human. The more we get the more we want. No matter what we are chasing right now will be replaced by another thing in the future.  This cycle never stops; it goes in a circle.

I hope you are living with the thing that you once were chasing. How does it feel about it now? Have you got all the juice out of that particular thing?

There are things we chase out of necessity. Something that helps us to be more efficient or more confident. But there are a lot of things that we bought without any particular reason. You already have a car which is working well but you want a new one because that’s what you want. Why?

Have you ever tried to see what you have got instead of what you want? They say don’t look back but here you’ve to look back to see where you’ve come here. What have you got till now? That’s the point. Be grateful for what you’ve got first. No complaints.

“Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards”

~ Soren Kierkegaard

All the things that have happened to you have changed the pathway to where you are now. Think about all the consequences that could have happened. Who cares if you are happy or sad about your present life rather than you? Life is all about experience, if you’ve got a new day, you can live the way you want to live. If you are stuck somewhere, you can plan out and escape. Appreciate your all-new days. No complains.

I often hear people complaining about their lives. Everyone is living in scarcity. They all lack something in their life. Some people are chasing a good career, some are chasing money, and some are thinking of having a good relationship. I don’t know why people don’t say that they are content with what they have. Why aren’t we focused on the good part and talking positively about the bad parts getting better each day?  Why are we running without looking back and not smelling the flowers that are in our way? What’s wrong with us? Shouldn’t we be so grateful just to feel these things? Sadness feels better than happiness. Every feeling is a win if we learn to feel.

Final Note: Some people have a tendency to never be satisfied even if they already have quality things in their life. By reminding yourself (consciousness) of the quality you already have in your life the urge to add on will subside.
